Coaching for Leaders, Managers and Consultants Coaching offers an opportunity for clients to focus your attention in the midst of their busy demanding schedules on your own learning, development and self-mastery. At the initial coaching session, we establish goals and desired outcomes. These may emphasize leadership effectiveness, increased influence, exercising personal power or building confidence. Each session offers a sounding board, a listening ear, a conversation. Conversations change outlooks and perspectives. As a coach, I offer alternative perspectives, re-framing, changes in language. Language can perpetuate our stuck thinking; changing the way we speak changes the way we think and the way we act. I also bring the experience of consulting and coaching organization leaders for over 30 years. This means that my coaching is about the wisdom of experience. From that experience, I may share recommendations or potential actions to address client issues.
