In the Organizational Psychology Master's Program, I am teaching the Organization Dynamics class during the Winter 2008 quarter.

Classes

• Organization Dynamics

  • This course introduces the theoretical foundations of organizational psychology and development. It examines metaphors for understanding human behavior in organizations and critically reflects on their usefulness in light of emerging organizational contexts and requisites for personal effectiveness. The course considers issues related to organizational design, technology implementation, business climate, leadership, decision making, teams, motivation, training and development, systems theory and learning organizations.
