Patricia Cavanaugh, Anna Ewins, Tracy Gibbons, Bev Scott and Kim Weichel are consultants and coaches to organizations and leaders, who have dedicated most of their Second Acts to supporting leaders, teams and individuals in developing their full potential and finding meaning in their work and being a catalyst for change.  Their work has focused on the intersection of individuals and the systems in which they live and work and how change and development occur.  Their interest in the 3rd Act  developed from engaging with one another as both friends and colleagues to explore their own personal journeys.  They now offer 3rd Act workshops and coaching in the Bay Area for groups and individuals.
